How to deal with Quotes and how to use them properly is a huge issue for many designers. Every country and language has different rules or characters that complicate this matter. Therefore I chose this subject for my project in Typography during the second semester.

The poster shows the correct usage for quotes and explains it for the several languages like English, German, France and Swiss. The German rule of thumb „99 up and 66 down“ is shown as the main graphic of the poster.
